Basic Nutrition Class for Fitness 1-on-1

Summer Salad 2 Bags Baby Spinach 1 Mango, chopped 2-3 Kiwi 1C. black beans 1-2 Small bag sliced almonds Dressing: 2/3 C. Olive Oil, 1/3
C. white balsamic vinegar, 1/4 C. Honey, 1 tsp. ground mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Make dressing. Put salad together
then pour dressing over and enjoy.
Tomato Basil Salad 2-3 lg. ripe tomatoes 1 sm. onion, minced 1 C. Basil uncut Add all ingredients, drizzle 1 tsp. olive oil over and marinate for minimum 30 min.
